Made from what is in season
Made in small batches, the old way—by hand, from what is in season on the farm. This corner of our booth is a family effort, built on recipes for preserves and infused salts and vinegars that go back years, long before Rose Wagon Ranch had a name.
Selection rotates with the season. What is pickled or preserved depends on what is ripe.
